10 Hello Reader. We have felt at home in Las Olas for almost half a year. It concerned our wintering 2021-2022 and has exceeded our expectations. In an ordinary street/neighbourhood, nothing commercial high-rise, nothing tourism and close to the beach (approx. 250 m.) Nicely furnished, fast internet and the 65” inch TV in the room can be followed even for the visually impaired. The wood stove in the living room enhances the atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen is compact. Every centimeter has been used, making it complete. The supplies are very extensive. The beds are fine. The garden has some mood lighting, a spacious sitting area and a dining table with six chairs under a camouflage net. A BBQ is ready for use. There is also a shed in the garden, as well as a Bali bed to enjoy yourself. Above the sitting area and shed is a roof of solar panels for cheap electricity. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden to rinse off the sand from the beach. The car can be safely parked inside the car park via a roller door. The contact with Jeroen and Aaltje is excellent. Easily approachable and helpful when needed. The advantage is that you can call on them for help at any time, even if you need an interpreter. They make a huge effort to make the guests feel at home. The months flew by. We look back with a good feeling and look forward to October 2022 for the next winter. 10 We stayed in Aaltje´s lovely apartment for a whole month and loved every moment of it. The beach is within walking distance, the apartment is clean, modern and well furnished. Aaltje and Jeroen are super friendly and nice hosts who take great care of the apartment. Some other bonuses were the nespresso machine (for coffee addicts like us), fast wifi (100+mbps), corner to work with monitor, google chromecast on a huge TV, charcoal BBQ, roomy fridge and washing machine. Everything you need for a long (or short) stay. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and a great base from which to explore the area. We visited Caminito del Ray, had another airbnb experience cooking paella (walking distance from the apartment!), visited nerja, estepona, fuengirola, ronda, malaga, marbella and the month flew by super fast! We highly recommend booking with Aaltje, you won't regret it and want to move to Spain afterwards. ;)

10 What a fantastic place to stay, located in a lovely safe residential area next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Marbella, the property has all the amenities for a perfect holiday. Spacious, modern and sparkling clean with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. A pleasure to wake up to and then enjoy a cup of coffee outside on the beautiful, well-appointed terrace. Fantastic (walking distance) local beach restaurants Luuma, Da Sergio´s & Nosso with a good choice of wines. We also visited the Mini India; a short drive away, for authentic Indian food that is reasonably priced. We will not forget the warm, attentive hospitality of Aaltje & Jerome, perfect hosts for a perfect holiday. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back in the future. 10 The house was exactly as described, clean and fully equipped. The house is 1 minute walk from the sea and has its own parking space which was very handy. Aaltje and Jeroen are very nice people who respond quickly and are willing to help you with everything. We had a wonderful week. Thank you!
